My family and I moved to Raleigh 5 1/2 years ago and it is still hard for me to get used to the leaves not turning colors in the fall. I miss the smell of fall, drinking wine at a vineyard in the cool fall air, and the PRETTY TREES! Around here the leaves don’t start turning until December which makes it almost too late to schedule a session in time to order Christmas cards. Ahh so stressful! But, if you are willing to wait until the leaves change, it’s so worth it. That is why I was so excited to take pictures of the Suarez family. The leaves were incredible, and their little guy is so stinking cute. Don’t you agree?
Halloween Minis!
Looking back at my childhood photographs, the pictures from Halloween were always my favorite. One year I was a Diet Coke can and it was my favorite costume ever!! I believe it was either 1989 or 1990 so I guess it all makes sense…
Halloween is my second favorite holiday (only second to Christmas of course!), so this year I will be offering Halloween Minis for the first time ever! This is a super quick session (only 15 minutes long) and because the location is in the park in my neighborhood, I’m flexible with dates! Shoot me a message and we’ll get together to get some super cute images of your little one(s) in their Halloween costumes! Trick or Treating might be weird this year, but we can still get some frameable images to remember this stage of life forever! Just look at these cutie pies!

The Ring Mistress and Wednesday!
Penelope is loving the Addams Family so much right now that she was dying to be Wednesday. She insisted I paint her face white, in fact, she was not happy because she wanted more paint!! She really loves this character and wanted to take only frowning and creepy pictures.
Audrey loves The Greatest Showman so she was excited about this costume. This isn’t the costume she picked for Halloween, but she was really excited to dress up as a Ring MIstress for this mini photo session!
